The State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), Engineering Division may require qualified firms to provide professional services for its Capital Improvement Program and/or operating budget projects during Fiscal Year 2024 (July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024). The Notice to Providers of Professional Services (hereinafter “Notice”) is available on the Hawaii Awards & Notices Data System (HANDS). The initial submittal deadline is June 15, 2023, however, late submittals will be accepted until December 15, 2023.
