- PMP Evaluation Tool Download (ZIP) The PMP evaluation tool requires a desktop license of ArcGIS as well as a compatible file of the polygon of the watershed or area of interest. Dam owners or their representatives can also request that Dam Safety staff provide the data to them for a specific area, but dam owners must provide an ArcGIS compatible polygon of the area of interest (such as a shapefile or geodatabase).
Emergency Action Plans (EAP)
Regulated dam owners are required to create their EAPs using the EZ-EAP tool which can be accessed by logging into the Dam Inventory Management System.
