President Obama signs Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act into Law

On March 21, 2014, President Obama signed the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act into law.  This law repeals and modifies certain provisions of the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act, which was enacted in 2012.  More information on the new law and its impacts on the NFIP will be forthcoming.
