FEMA Releases Phase I Implementation Plan on the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act (HFIAA)

On April 15, 2014, FEMA issued WYO Bulletin 14014 which describes the termination of full risk-rating for all types of Pre-Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) properties covered by Section 3 of the HFIAA which includes primary residences and businesses.  This bulletin also includes a Summary of Phase I of the Implemenation Plan for the HFIAA.
